49ers Running back LaMichael James is out for 3-4 weeks after spraining his MCL Thursday night.
Cardinals Jonathan Cooper is out for the season due to breaking his leg in the game against the Chargers. His broken leg will need full surgery. Cooper was the Cardinals first round pick in the 2013 draft ( seventh overall).
Kevin Kolb of the Buffalo Bills is put on injured reserve, and maybe out for the season due to a concussion that occured in the game against the Redskins. Kolb still has to undergo more testing. EJ Manuel is still recovering from knee surgery.
Geno Smith is likely to start in week 1 of the regular season for the Jets. Mark Sanchez is on a day-to-day basis after injuring his shoulder.
