Game Day Game of the Week
If you are watching the Georgia v Clemson game then you know what I'm talking about. This game is crazy. With 8:58 left in the first the game was already 7-14. Those back to back running plays from both Georgia and Clemson, each resulted in touchdowns. I don't know about you guys but I think this will be a high scoring game. At the end of the first the score is 14-14. I am hoping that Georgia takes over and beats Clemson. Not because I like them, its because Clemson is a rival of my Seminoles and I would like to see them get knocked down. Well anyways, it the start of the second. Will update as the game continues.
with 13:00 minutes left in the second Georgia is up 21-14.
Half-time 21-21.

NFL News! August 31, 2013
There has recently been some cuts to the rosters for the NFL. The teams have to cut down to a 53 man roster. The most recent releases are:
Danny Watkins from the Eagles. Watkins was the 23rd pick in 2011 draft. He struggled to learn the line coaches technique and had to fight for his position and lost.
J'Marcus Webb the OT from the Bears was released Friday morning. He started 44 games in the last 3 seasons.
Vince Young the QB from Green Bay was cut Saturday. He played the 4 preseason game. Young was the 3rd overall pick in 2006 draft by Titans. Bills also released him last August and he did not play a game footbal in 2012.
Greg McElroy was cut by the Jets. He was the 7th round pick in 2011. This leaves Matt Simms, Mark Sanchez, and Geno Smith for QB.
In other news running back Armond Smith of the Panthers was fined $15,000 for kicking Ravens Albert McClellan in the groin. This happened in the 4th quarter of the game on August 22nd. Smith was ejected after the kick. Tight End Rob Gronkowski for the Patriots made the list to be on the 53 man roster. New England is hopeful that he will be able to start some time in the first 6 weeks of the regular season.

Tebow Cut
Tim Tebow of the the New England Patriots has been released. It seems Tebow can not find a home in the NFL. He signed with Patriots in June and has struggled during the preseason only completing 11 of 30 passes for 145 yards and 2 touchdowns and interceptions in 3 games. Tebow is subjected to the wavier system for having less than 4 years in the NFL. If he can clear the wavier system he can sign with any team. Tim Tebow is best known for his college career with the Florida Gators and that memorable play in 2012 in the Broncos overtime game against the Steelers, in which he threw an 80 yard touchdown pass to Demaryius Thomas. In his less than 4 year NFL career Tebow has played for three different teams Broncos, Jets, and Patriots. Where does this leave Tebow? With an uncertain future and right now nowhere to call home in the NFL. Is this the end of Tebow's NFL career?

Alabama and a 3peat?
As most of you know Alabama has won the National Championship for the last two years. Many are saying that they will make it three years. I don't think they will. I think Ohio State will take the championship this year. Is there a possibility of Alabama being in the national championship? Yes. Why? They have an amazing football program. But it really is the luck of the draw and what kind of season they will have. Some say they think the championship game will come down to Ohio State and Oregon. I don't agree with for one reason. Oregon always starts out having a strong good season but flop towards the end. They always seem to shoot themselves in foot by the end of the season. My prediction for the BCS National Championship game is Alabama v. Ohio State will Ohio State winning. Can Alabama be dethroned? And who has the talent to do so?

Georgia v Clemson
I am currently watching the Ole Miss v. Vanderbilt game and the Utah v. Utah State game. Both are pretty good. The UNC v. S. Carolina game is on a delay because of severe thunderstorm. As most of you are aware the Game Day game of the week is Georgia v. Clemson. I personally would like to see Georgia win, mostly because Clemson is a rival of FSU and I'm a FSU fan. So, I pose this question to you, Georgia v. Clemson, who do you think will win?

College Football!!!
As most of you know today August 29, 2013 starts the College Football season. This is also the last season for the BCS rankings. Next season will start the College Football playoffs ( more info on that as it becomes available). I am curious to see how this will play out. I know personally I do not care for the BCS rankings. I also think that since next season will be the first for the playoff system there will be some trial and error. Once I see how they are going to have it set up I will post about it. Currently the top 25 College Teams are:
1. Alabama
2. Ohio State
3. Oregon
4. Stanford
5. Georgia
6. South Carolina
7. Texas A & M
8. Clemson
9. Louisville
10. Florida
11. Florida State
12. LSU
13. Oklahoma State
14. Notre Dame
15. Texas

17. Michigan
18. Nebraska
19. Boise State
20. TCU
21. UCLA
22. Northwestern
23. Wisconsin
24. USC
25. Oregon State
This there a team you think that doesn't deserve to be in the top 25 or what would you change about it?
